Poly (lactide co glycolide) - b-Poly (ethylene glycol) methyl ether (mpeg-plga) is one of the most commonly used biodegradable amphiphilic block copolymers (ABC) for drug delivery applications. Peg is hydrophilic and PLGA is hydrophobic. Amphiphilic block copolymer (AMBC) is composed of two chemically different homopolymer blocks. One of the blocks is hydrophilic and the other is hydrophobic. These macromolecules have the characteristics of self-assembly into micelles when dissolved in aqueous medium.

Handling and use：

Mpeg-plga is sensitive to light and temperature. For best use, materials should always be kept dry at low temperatures. Avoid frequent thawing and freezing.

Storage conditions：

Mpeg-plga should be dried at - 20 ℃. The material can be treated in inert gas for optimum stability. The materials were retested after 12 months.
