Description:

Rhodamine PEG amino (RB-PEG-NH2) can be used to modify proteins, peptides and other materials or small molecules. Amino groups (- NH2) can easily form stable amide bonds with carboxyl groups, and can also form amide bonds with active esters (- NHS) at pH 7-8.5. (RB-PEG) rhodamine can easily track pink and red fluorescence. RB-PEG-NH2 is a hybrid bifunctional red fluorescent PEG dye. Each PEG end contains a terminal rhodamine dye and a primary amine group. Rhodamine is a bright red fluorescent dye. Aminated rhodamine PEG can be used to react with other molecules containing amine reaction groups (such as NHS, COOH, etc.). Rhodamine and amine groups bridged by PEG linker provide better water solubility, flexible linker structure and enhanced stability.
