Description:

Rhodamine fluorescent labeled polyethylene glycol, one of fluorescent labeled PEG derivatives. Rhodamine B-PEG sulfhydryl (RB-PEG-SH) can be used to modify proteins, peptides and other materials or small molecules. Maleimide imide and mercapto (- SH) are easy to form stable thioether bond at PH6.5-7.5. Mercaptan groups have high affinity for gold surface and are widely used to modify gold nanoparticles or gold films. (RB-PEG) has a maximum absorption wavelength of 570 nm and an emission wavelength of approximately 595 nm. Rhodamine B can easily track pink and red fluorescence.
