Description:

PEG derivatives are soluble in water, ethanol, and many other organic solvents. Low steam pressure, stable to heat, acid, and alkali. Not effective with many chemicals. Has good moisture absorption, lubrication, and adhesion. Non toxic and non irritating. N3 PEG Mal is a click chemistry PEG reagent. Azide group is easy to react with alkynyl group under the catalysis of copper catalyst. It can also react directly with DBCO without any catalyst. Polyethylene glycol can enhance solubility and stability, reduce non-specific binding of charged molecules on the surface, and reduce the immunogenicity of peptides. Maleimide imide and mercapto form stable thioether bond under the condition of PH6.5-7.5.
