Description:

N3-PEG-SH is a click chemistry PEG reagent. Azide group is easy to react with alkynyl group under the catalysis of copper catalyst. It can also react directly with DBCO without any catalyst. Thioether bond is formed between sulfhydryl group and maleimide imide under the condition of PH6.5-7.5, which can also be used to modify gold nanoparticles. Polyethylene glycol can enhance solubility and stability, reduce non-specific binding of charged molecules on the surface, and reduce the immunogenicity of peptides.
